世紀の海上シルクロード」（一路）の省略語である。本稿では重点的に“一路”（海のシルクロード）の沿線地域東南アジアを取り上げる要因は地理的、歴史的にみて東南アジアは東西交易の経由地だけではなく、東西交易の拠点として栄えた地域だったからである。歴史では，中国の漢の時代からローマ帝国との貿易がすでに始まった。昔の海のシルクロードでは，ヨーロッパ，中東，アジアなどからの商人はこの地域で交易を盛んに行った。特に15 世紀明の時代に鄭和の7 回にわたり行われた西洋大遠征は，東南アジアを拠点として，アジア以外の地域でも交易が広く行われていたことを物語っている。習近平主席が提唱している“中国の夢”は明の時代を基軸に据えた交易によるグローバル経済圏の確立にあるのではないかと思われる。東南アジアはこの経済圏のひとつの拠点だけではなく，より重要な地域として重要視されている。\n東南アジアの歴史を俯瞰すると，交易時代，植民地時代といった歴史が現代東南アジア社会の形成に多大な影響を与えたことは事実である。複合社会の形成，人種による経済の格差などが独立後の社会，経済の再建に大きな影響を与えている。そして，複合社会では，華僑華人がこの地域の経済において，インパクトのある存在となっている。\n70
