| 内容記述 | In the course of the national discussion of land owner unknown land issues, discussion as to whether to allow abandonment of land ownership or to belong to the national treasury if the owner considers ownership of the land to be burdensome or unnecessary argues has been done. While cases appearing that do not allow this as rights and abuses by owners of the owners appear, there is a belief that the “obligation” of the landowners should be discussed as legislative theory. We consider these validity from the operation of the “Responsibility” regulation of the farmland law. | |||||||||||||
